The 3×5000t/d cement clinker production line project of Anhui Yingpu Jinlong Cement Co., Ltd. is a large-scale cement production project invested and constructed by Sinoma Cement Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Materials Group, in Chaohu City. The company is a centrally-owned enterprise.

The company is located in the southern foot of Sanbing Town, Chaohu City, close to the south bank of Chaohu Lake, the five largest freshwater lake in China, about 12 kilometers away from the urban area, and adjacent to Provincial Highway 316-Chaolu Road. The water and land transportation is very convenient. The company has complete office and logistical facilities in the factory area, with office buildings, dormitories, staff canteens and other facilities, and a shuttle bus to Chaohu city in the morning and evening is opened.

The company has built two cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 5,000 tons, and the supporting waste heat power generation project will soon be put into operation. The 2.5 million tons cement grinding station project is planned to be put into operation within this year.

The Anhui Yingpu Jinlong Cement Co., Ltd. project is a large-scale project invested and constructed by Shanghai Yingpu Investment Co., Ltd. using the rich limestone and siltstone resources in Sanbing Town. The total investment is 1.35 billion yuan, covering an area of 760 mu, to build 3 new dry-process cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 5,000 tons and a cement grinding station with an annual output of 3 million tons, as well as waste heat power plants, special ports, belt conveyor corridors, etc. After the project is completed, it can produce 5 million tons of cement clinker and 3 million tons of cement annually, realizing annual sales income of 1.35 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 150 million yuan. The project was signed on March 19, and ground was broken on March 26. At present, 577 mu of land has been acquired, 118 households have been demolished (total 147 households in three villages need to be demolished), 102 households have been demolished and resettled, 1142 graves have been relocated, and excavated 300,000 square meters of earthwork were leveled, 1.1 kilometers of roads were built, and the two production lines pile foundation projects and material warehouses, office and living rooms have been fully started. 122 sets of host equipment, 260 million yuan, and 126 million yuan registered capital are in place.

The company started to use 4 sets of SRC-175SA (flow 22m³/min, pressure 0.85MPa, voltage 380V) air compressor from Shanghai Schneider Sunshine in 2011, which are mainly used for bag filter dust removal system and preheater plugging.  Preheater and grate cooler air steam gun blockage removal, packing machine pneumatic valve, cement discharger pneumatic valve, instrumentation gas.
